Join us for Women’s Wellbeing Groups: Healthy Relationships, a full-day workshop designed to help women build healthier relationships, strengthen communication, and enhance overall well-being.
Through psycho-educational presentations, role-playing, and exercises in breathing, body awareness, mindfulness, and self-care, participants will explore their values, beliefs, and culture, and learn how to manage conflict and recognize and manage their emotions and stress. They’ll also learn about neuroscience, and how new connections in the brain can help enhance their lives.
To create a space where everyone feels safe, the group will set ground rules where confidentiality, safety, and respectful behaviour come first.
