We are excited to introduce Her Mental Health: Postnatal and Postmenopausal, a new initiative focused on supporting the mental health and overall well-being of immigrant women during two significant life transitions: after childbirth and around menopause.

These stages often bring complex emotional and psychological changes, including mood fluctuations, stress, and anxiety. For many immigrant women, these experiences can be further shaped by cultural transitions, isolation, and limited access to culturally responsive resources.
Through this program, we aim to create a supportive and inclusive space where women can access mental health education through interactive workshops. Participants will gain practical tools, coping strategies, and opportunities to connect with others who share similar experiences.
Her Mental Health is rooted in empowerment, equipping women with the knowledge and community support needed to better understand their mental health and navigate these life stages with confidence and care.
We greatly acknowledge and appreciate the support of Totem Foundation in
launching the “Her Mental Health” project.
